Privacy policy
Last updated 17 October 2026
ICU is a small business based in Wollongong, NSW, that makes 3D printed NFC cards. This policy explains what personal information we collect through icugrow.co, why we collect it and how we look after it. We aim to handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote using the form on our website, we collect:
- your name and business name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- what you want the card to do, how many cards you need, and anything else you write in the message box
If you email us or message us on Instagram or Facebook, we receive whatever you include in that message. If you become a customer, we also keep the details needed to make and deliver your order, such as the link your cards should open and your delivery address.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and send you a quote
- to make, deliver and set up your cards, and to support you afterwards
- to send invoices and keep the business records the law requires
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Services we use
- Web3Forms passes the quote form to our email inbox.
- Google (Gmail) stores the emails we send and receive.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
These providers may store information outside Australia. We only share with them what they need to provide their service.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they're useful for following up, and customer and payment records for at least five years, as Australian tax law requires. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information in password-protected accounts and only use it for the reasons above.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don't need to keep it by law. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.
